What is FormsUI
FormsUI is for work that still moves on PDFs. You import a document or build a form, share a link, and get back answers, written onto the original PDF, plus a legally binding e-signature when you need one.

Two addresses, one product
FormsUI answers at formsui.com and at forms.civicport.io. Both serve the
same app.

The two keep separate sign-ins. A CivicPort account signs in on

Everything belongs to a workspace
Every form, submission and credit balance belongs to a workspace: your personal one, a team, or a CivicPort community. Switching workspace switches all three. See workspaces.
What costs money
Building and sharing forms is free, and so are previewing a document and sending it to be read before signing. Importing a PDF, filling out a PDF and sending a document for signature spend credit from a prepaid wallet. There is no subscription and no per-seat price, and the price is shown before anything is charged. See pricing.
