Billing and credits
FormsUI is free to sign up to, free to build forms in and free to share forms from. You pay only for the few things that cost money to do, out of a prepaid balance of credits.
There is no subscription, no seat licence and no monthly minimum.
What costs credit

Everything else is free, including building, publishing, collecting submissions, downloading submission PDFs, reminders and teams. The full list, with list prices, is in pricing.
One balance per workspace
Credits belong to a workspace, not to a person. Everyone who can spend in a workspace spends from the same balance, and a new team starts with none. You can move credit between workspaces you administer rather than buying twice.
The price is shown before you pay
Prices can change, and a workspace can be given its own. So FormsUI never relies on a number you read somewhere else: every page that charges for something shows the current price for your workspace before you commit, and the Credits page lists them all.
If something fails
A charge that fails on our side is given back. An import or re-check that cannot be finished is refunded in full, and the refund shows in the credit history with the reason. See where your credits went.
