Pricing
FormsUI is pay-as-you-go from a prepaid balance of credits. There is no subscription, no per-seat price and no monthly minimum. See billing and credits.
The current price is the one on screen
The prices below are the list prices. Prices can be changed, and a workspace can be given its own, so the figure that actually applies to you is the one shown on the Credits page and on the page that charges, before you commit.

What costs credit

An import that finds no questions at all can carry an extra charge, if one is set. None is set at list price, and the import page tells you whenever one applies.

Prepaid signatures
Some older wallets hold prepaid signatures, bought as a count before credits covered everything. A signature send uses one of those before any credit. They can no longer be bought.
