Documents sent to you
Everything else in E-signatures is for the person sending a document. This page is for the person asked to sign one.
Signing
When someone sends you a document for signature, you get an email from SignNow, the signature provider, with a link to the document. Open it, sign where it asks, and you are done. You don't need a FormsUI account to sign.
If the sender turned on SMS verification, you are texted a code and must enter it before the document opens.
If the sender first sent it to you to read, that earlier email was only a copy to look over. Reply to it if something needs changing. The signature request is a separate email.
If you are one of several signers on a document signed one at a time, your email arrives when the person before you has signed.
Sent to me
Sent to me in the header lists documents somebody asked you to sign, so you can find them again and check they went through. It needs you signed in with the email address the document was sent to. It is yours rather than a workspace's, so switching workspace doesn't change it.
For CivicPort residents, it also lists leases sent to you from CivicPort.

Opening the page checks for the latest status, so if you have just signed, it shows here straight away rather than waiting for the sender to look.

On a phone the list stacks each document instead of showing a table, with the status first.
An empty list is normal. Anything you are asked to sign can always be signed from the emailed link, so an empty list doesn't mean you have missed anything. A few documents sent before this page existed may not appear here even though they were sent to you; sign those from the email.
